- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Fort Knox intends to issue a request for quotations (RFQ) to provide encampment support services for Junior Cadet Leadership Course (JCLC) Island Venture JROTC cadets located in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Period of performance is; 18-24 June 2012. The contractor shall furnish food, facilities, lodging, equipment, and supplies. This solicitation is Unrestricted. NAICS 721214 (Size Standard: $7M) applies to this procurement. All responsible business sources may submit a quote. The RFQ will be posted to ASFI/FedBizOpp on or about 2 June 2012 with quotes due on or about 8 June 2012. These dates are subject to change. All amendments to the solicitation will be likewise posted on this website. Contractors are cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments. Solicitation mailing list will not be compiled and amendments will not be sent out in paper copy. All contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be eligible for award of a contract. Faxed offers and amendments will not be accepted. All questions must be submitted in writing to the Contracting officer and may be faxed to MICC Center - Fort Knox, Attn: Dorothy McCormick at (502) 624-7165 or (502) 624-5869, or emailed to dorothy.r.mccormick.civ@mail.mil by 1:00 pm 1 June 2012.
