Page 13 of 150:Paragraph C4, Technical Proposal Requirements, first paragraph, change "(4) Small Disadvantaged Business Participation" to "(4) Small Business Participation." Page 16 of 150:Paragraph C1, Past Performance Questionnaire, add: Offerors are advised to submit past performance questionnaire included in solicitation. Page 108 of 150: General Intention 1.1, Paragraph G, add: OSHA certified "competent person" includes Construction Project Manager, Project Superintendent and Safety Manager, who are required to complete a minimum of 30 hours of OSHA training.
