- Appendices Draft PWS Capability Statements and Webinar Instructions The U.S. Department of Education, Office of Elementary and Secondary Education (OESE) is seeking a contractor for the recompete of, Providing Equitable Title I Services to Eligible Children Attending Private Schools in 54 Bypassed Local Educational Agencies in Missouri. The purpose of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) is to implement the Title I program in accordance with all applicable Title I statutory and regulatory requirements. It is anticipated that the Request for Proposals (RFP) will be available on or about June 20, 2012. The award is anticipated to be awarded no later than September 14, 2012. This requirement is a FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION, pursuant to FAR Part 6.1. NAICS Codes of 611710 - Educational Support Services will be considered. The Department is currently engaged in market research to identify potential Offerors, clarify OESE's requirements, and remove barriers to maximize competition. As a result of these efforts, interested parties are invited to participate in a Webinar on Wednesday, June 6, 2012, at 2:00 p.m. EST, when the Department will share its vision and goals for the procurement. Please indicate your interest for the webinar by emailing Nola Cromer - nola.cromer@ed.gov and Gay Ojugbana - gay.ojugbana@ed.gov and Cc: Alice.Mihill@ed.gov. Interested parties are requested to submit capability statements, comments on the draft PWS and identify any barriers to competition. Please see attached documents for additional information.
