- Delineated Area Maps General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Louisiana City: Houma Delineated Area: Cities of North Houma (north of Hwy. 3087 and Hwy. 182); Bayou Cane; Gray; Schriever (east of Hwy 311); Thibodaux (south of Glenwild Dr.); Raceland; and portions of Hwy 311 in Donner only, between Shriever and Houma. See attached maps for additional detail. Required Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,319 ABOA SF Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): Parking Spaces (Surface): Per local code/market Parking Spaces (Covered): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 9 secured surface spaces Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: TBD Additional Requirements: -Cannot be located near residences, schools, places of worship, hospitals, or areas with high pedestrian traffic, such as retail centers. -Offered space must be contiguous on one floor, and provide for an efficient layout. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required.
