Description

NOTICE OF INTENT FOR SOLE SOURCE The NF/SG VHS intends to award a sole source contract to Cepheid to purchase IVD Test Kits for an existing system. Cepheid is the manufacturer of the GeneXpert System and is the sole source provider of all supplies needed for running tests on the existing system. Award will be made on 06 June 2012. The NAICS code of this procurement is 334516 and the size standard is 500 employees. This notice is neither a request for quotes nor a solicitation of offers; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
