Description

DESCRIPTION: PR# 0045833095; 5962-01-426-7258. Approved source(s): XILINX (68994), P/N: 5962-9752201QYC; Noun: Microcircuit, memory. The requirement is for 651 each to be delivered to Robins AFB, GA, 31098-1887 within 130 days. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/Rfp on its issue date on or about June 18, 2012. Hard copies of this solicitation are NOT available. This is an unrestricted procurement; FOB destination and Inspection/Acceptance is at destination. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. Various quantity ranges solicited: from 100 to 249 each; from 250 each to 399 each; 400 to 549 each; 500 to 651 each. This proposed procurement includes a family group of items within the Federal Supply Class 5962. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Approved source(s) are: XILINX. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
