- Non-personal service to provide all personnel, equipment, materials, tools, and services necessary to provide linen rental services to the Luke AFB Club 56 and Falcon Dunes Golf Course. The basic contract period is 01 Aug 2012 through 31 Jul 2013, with four (4) option periods: 01 Aug 2013 through 31 Jul 2014, 01 Aug 2014 through 31 Jul 2015, 01 Aug 2015 through 31 Jul 2016, and 01 Aug 2016 through 31 Jul 2017. Offers must be submitted via email to curtis.merritt@luke.af.mil or fax 623-856-3447. No verbal offers will be accepted. "This is a non-appropriated fund purchase and it does not obligate appropriated funds of the United States Government. Non-appropriated funds are generated by the military community through the sale of goods and services and the collection of fees and charges for participation in military community programs. This purchase does not involve federal tax dollars." Contract award notices are not a mandatory requirement of Non-Appropriated Fund contracts.
