- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD), China Lake, CA intends to modify contract N68936-11-D-0022 on an other than full and open competition basis to provide additional hours and the associated cost and fee in support of the systems engineering, prototype development, evaluation and technical assistance support to the Weapons Engagement Office (WEO) C2ISR programs located at NAWCWD. The range of support provided extends from engineering design to deployment of systems that provide image intelligence (IMINT), communications intelligence (COMINT), signal intelligence (SIGINT), and/or measurement and signature intelligence (MASINT) services. This procurement is a sole source to Integrity Application Incorporated (IAI), 5160 Parkstone Drive Suite 260, Chantilly, VA 20151. Currently, IAI is the only source with the in-house software technology, intelligence systems experience, and expertise needed for continued development and sustainment of current prototype and transitioning capabilities. Comprehensive knowledge and extensive experience is required in the areas of Navy and Joint Service Command and Control, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C2ISR) systems, interfaces among those systems, as well as National, Joint and Navy specific architectural standards, requirements and limitations. The modification will increase the Level-of-Effort by approximately 28,400 hours. The contract SOW will not change. Award will be made on or about 30 Aug 2012. Any firm, believing that they can provide the required services, must submit a written response in accordance with note 22 clearly showing their ability to perform the work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and delivery or causing programmatic hardship. Responses shall be submitted to Dustin Barros at the address noted above by 07 June 2012.
