- GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: HI City: Honolulu Delineated Area: Central Business District (CBD) of Honolulu, Hawaii North: River Street South: South Street East: South Berentania St. West: Ala Moana Blvd. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 2,250 Maximum Sq. Ft. Offered space must be available for access 24/7. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.
