- Delineated Area Map REQUIREMENT: The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Farm Service Agency (FSA) in Espanola, New Mexico is interested in leasing approximately 2,915 of contiguous rentable square feet (RSF) of first class, high quality office space together with 19, on-site, paved parking spaces. The rentable space must yield a minimum of 2,650 ANSI/BOMA Office area square feet (OASF). Specific Information Technology requirements apply. Preference will be given to first floor space. This solicitation amends solicitation number: RioArribaCoNM-FY2012, posted on November 9, 2011. LEASE TERM: The term of the lease will be for 10 years. DELINEATED AREA: To be considered the site MUST be located in Rio Arriba County, within the following boundaries: Northeast Taos Highway/State Route 68 and on the Northwest US Highway 84/285, on the East by the El Llano Highway boundary, on the South Santa Fe Highway 84/285 within the Rio Arriba County Boundary, on the West to the extent of Fairview Lane. For more details, please refer to attached Delineated Area Map. OCCUPANCY: Space to be ready for occupancy within nine (9) months after lease award. OTHER: Submission by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter of ownership granting permission to make a general offering of space. In instances where the offeror is representing more than one property, the offeror is hereby notified that they may only participate in negotiations on behalf of the owner. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: 1. Building Name and Address or Site Location and Address 2. Location of space within the building 3. Rentable square feet offered and full-service rental rate per square foot 4. ANSI/BOMA Usable Square Feet and the Common Area Factor 5. Amount of on-site paved parking available 6. Building ownership information 7. Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building 8. List of building services provided 9. Contact information for Owner or Authorized Agent 10. Date of space availability WRITTEN NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF SPACE MUST BE SUBMITTED BY 5:00 P.M. EST ON JUNE 15, 2012.
