- Fed Biz Advertisement General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: California City: Indio Delineated Area: North: 42 nd Avenue South: 48 th Ave East: Golf Center Parkway & Jackson Street West: Jefferson Street Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,155 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,363 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 51 Parking Spaces (Surface): 42 Parking Spaces (Structured): N/A Parking Spaces (Reserved): 9 Full Term: 10 Years Firm Term: 5 Years Option Term: Additional Requirements: · Offered space to have 9ft ceilings. · Offered space must have sufficient parking for client use of horse / livestock trailers. · Parking space and turn-around area need to accommodate a standard size vehicle pulling a 20 to 24’ livestock trailer or horse trailer. · Offered space must be contiguous, be on the first floor or ground level and within the same building. · Offeror will need to provide a fully enclosed on-site parking with locking gate to accommodate nine (9) Government Vehicles. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease [is/is not] required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Expressions of Interest Due: 6/14/2012, 4PM Pacific Time TO BE CONSIDERED, Expressions of Interest must be submitted in writing and should include the following information at a minimum (This is not an invitation for bids nor a request for proposals): Building name/address Change to Legal property description and property identification numbers (PIN) Location of space in the building and date it will be available One-eighth inch scale drawing of space offered ANSI/BOMA defined office area/useable square feet (USF) Rentable Square Feet (RSF) offered and rental rate per square foot, specifying services, utilities, and tenant improvement allowance included List of building services provided Marketing Brochures are highly encouraged Common Area Factor used to determine the RSF Name, address, telephone number, and email address of authorized representative In cases where an agent is representing multiple ownership entities, written acknowledgement, and permission to represent multiple owners for the same submission "Interested respondents may include building owners and representatives with the exclusive right to represent building owners. Representatives of building owners must include the exclusivity agreement, representation letter, listing contract or other executed agreement granting the exclusive right to represent the building owner with their response to the advertisement."
