- Due to technical difficulties being experienced by potential Offerors with viewing solicitation documents on MSC ™s Contracts Webpage, the solicitation due date and time has been extended to 10:00 a.m. (PSD) on Friday, 1 June 2012. A œ.Zip file entitled œN40443-12-R-0087 Solicitation Docs containing all solicitation-related documentation has been uploaded to Navy Electronic Commerce Online œNECO (http://www.msc.navy.mil/ ) and FBO (https://www.fbo.gov/ ) so that potential Offerors can download and view all solicitation-related documentation. In order to view solicitation documentation in NECO, click on œSynopsis which is located in the banner at the bottom of the page. When the œSearch Synopsis Database page appears, enter the solicitation number in the format specified and select œSearch . Select the most recent modification link and you will be directed to the œMODIFICATION NOTICE page for said solicitation. Scroll down page and click on the attachment link. Upon selecting the attachment link, save the œ.Zip file to your computer and then open to view contents. In order to view solicitation documentation in FBO, conduct a search for the respective solicitation number. On the results page, select the respective solicitation hyperlink. Once solicitation page appears, scroll down the page and look for œAttachment . Click on the œ.Zip attachment entitled œN40443-12-R-0087 Solicitation Docs in order to view and download all solicitation documents. In order to view solicitation documentation at MSC ™s website (http://www.msc.navy.mil/ ), select the œContracts tab in the upper right corner of the webpage. Enter the solicitation number and then scroll down to bottom of page and select œSearch . All solicitation-related documentation will appear and be available for viewing/downloading. Important Note: Unless/until MSC ™s Contracts Webpage technical difficulties are remedied, potential Offerors will not be able to view/download any solicitation documents. Potential Offerors are reminded to monitor both NECO and FBO for additional information regarding this procurement. Important Note: Both NECO and FBO are incorrectly assigning amendment numbers to this solicitation. Specifically, each document is being assigned its own amendment number instead of documents being grouped together for each respective amendment release. This amendment constitutes the third amendment to said solicitation. Important Note: Confirmation of a potential Offeror ™s receipt of Amendment 3 will be done by email if a potential Offeror has already submitted his/her proposal.
