Description

SOURCES SOUGHT. This is a sources sought announcement only! This is not a solicitation announcement. The purpose of this announcement is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources such as 8(a), HubZone, small disadvantage, service disabled veteran-owned business, and small business relative to NAICS 622399, size standard $7M. Responses will be used to determine appropriate acquisition decisions. The Department of Veterans Affairs, William Jennings Bryan Dorn (WJBD) VA Medical Center, 6439 Garners Ferry Road, Columbia, SC 29209 is seeking sources for a potential contract to provide orthopedic surgery and clinic Services at the WJB Dorn VA Medical Center,Columbia, SC The contractor shall furnish board eligible providers, with unrestricted licenses to the Dept Of Veterans Affairs. The providers will provide orthopedic surgery services in a clinic environment located at the VA HOspital. The number of days per week, hours, etc. will be provided during any solicitation that may be issued. The intended contract is anticipated as one base year, with 4 option years. Responses to this sought must include 1. Point of contact. 2. Company Name, 3. Address, 4. Telephone & Fax numbers, 5. Email address, and 6. Telephone responses will not be accepted. Responses must be received no later than 3:00PM EST, June 6, 2012. No solicitation is available at this time; this is to acquire information only. Vendors interested in providing an offer will have to respond to a separate solicitation announcement that shall be published separately.
