- Oracle PeopleSoft Developer Professional Training SOW This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commerial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitues the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is not a small business set-aside; all responsible and qualified sources may submit an offer. Solicitation number AG-7245-S-12-0003 applies and is issued as a Request for Quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-58 and Agriculture Acquisition Circular 96-04. The NAICS code is 611420. The Government intends to make a single award to the responsible and qualified quoter whose quote is the most advantageous to the Government considering Price, Technical Capability and proposed Period of Performance. Please see the attached requirement for agency needs. Delivery shall be F.O.B. destination.
