Department of Veterans Affairs, Houston VA Health Care System, 2002 Holcombe Blvd, Houston, TX 77459 has a requirement to relocate a piece of equipment within the medical center. The piece of equipment is the "Isomedix Model Gammator 50B Self Shielded Irradiator. Partial disassembly of the device may be required. Contractors are required to have a manufacturing and distribution license for high activity Cs-137 sourced from the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission..
