- Description
- PR 0044762256 for NSN 1615-01-199-1786, The Boeing Company, Cage 77272, P/N 114R2012-9, Droop Stop Assembly. The solicitation is for a quantity of 56 each. Delivery is 62 DARO, FOB and Inspection/Acceptance at origin. This solicitation is unrestricted, using other than full and open competition. Item is not used in the commercial sector. It is anticipated that an award will be made against the OEM's Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) and a letter solicitation will be used; however, a copy of the solicitation will be made available upon request. In order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contactor Registration (CCR). Alternate offerors must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package along with a completed copy of the solicitation in order to be considered for award. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation utilizing the Automated Best Value System (ABVS) and/or Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS). The issue date is on or around 11 June 2012 and the closing date is on or around 11 July 2012.
