Description

This solicitation is issued for Federal Supply Schedule PSC Group Q301, Federal Supply Schedule 621II for Medical Laboratory Testing & Analysis Services. The type of contracts awarded is multiple award, fixed-price, indefinite delivery-indefinite quantity (IDIQ) with Economic Price Adjustment (EPA) provisions. Solicitation RFP-797-FSS-04-0001-R2, issued May 25, 2012, is a standing solicitation which is replacing the previous solicitation RFP-797-FSS-04-0001-R1. This solicitation is issued on an open and continuous basis and does not contain a closing date for receipt of offers. New offers may be submitted at any time. Contract performance will commence on the effective date of award and expire five years from date of award unless canceled, terminated, or extended pursuant to any option provision included in the contract.
