Description

SOP for access control to Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC) bases in the continental United States (CONUS), Hawaii, and Guam via entry control points (ECP) equipped with Navy Commercial Access Control System (NCACS). This DTM establishes DoD access control policy and the minimum DoD security standards for controlling entry to DoD installations and stand-alone facilities. List of DOD System/IA requirements that prospective vendors must comply with in order to connect to a DOD network and/or operate on a DOD installation. List of governing directives/requirements for Department of the Navy Information Systems that the participating Contractor’s system must adhere to in order to obtain an Authority to Operate (ATO) and to participate in the NCACS Phase III effort Documentation supporting communications between Commercial-off-the-Shelf Access Control Systems and JGS for identity management data from Department of Defense Authoritative Database. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS NOTICE. The COMMANDER, NAVY INSTALLATIONS COMMAND (CNIC) N3 ANTI-TERRORISM (AT) strategy relating to the Navy Commercial Access Control System (NCACS) Phase III scanning and acceptance of approved FIPS 201 Personal Identity Verification (PIV) and PIV-I credentials.
