Objective: The objective of this acquisition is to procure systems and modular furniture as well as demountable walls, to include all panels, work surfaces, storage, electric components and related accessories. This requirement also incorporates services needed for professional design, delivery and installation. The scope of this effort focuses on Continental United States (CONUS) Air Force (AF) installations, to include AF Military Construction (MILCON), Government Purchase Card (GPC), and AF contract spend. All potential Offerors should carefully review the instructions in FAR 52.212-1 and its addendum as well as the evaluation criteria and basis for award described in FAR 52.212-2 and its addendum. Proposals will be evaluated using a two-step methodology, for more details on this process, see Addendum 52.212-2, Evaluation Criteria and Basis for Award, paragraph 6.4, of the Final RFP. It is the Offeror's responsibility to ensure the completeness of their proposal. For more details on completeness, see Addendum 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, paragraph 3.2 and Addendum 52.212-2, Evaluation Criteria and Basis for Award, paragraphs 6.4.2.2 and 7.2.9, of the Final RFP. Estimated Number of Awards: The Air Force anticipates awarding a target number of four (4) Award Contracts at the Tier I level. The contracts will consist of one (1) base year and four (4) option years. Please see the Final RFP for additional details. Proposals Are Due By 09 July, 2012, 1630 (4:30 p.m.) Eastern Daylight Savings Time and shall be addressed to the Contracting Point of Contact (POC) as stated in the Final RFP. Solicitation Questions Sessions: The Systems and Modular team will be conducting solicitation question sessions between 11 June 2012 and 22 June 2012 with any interested Offerors. Solicitation question sessions will last one (1) hour, be accomplished via telephone and will be limited to one session per Offeror. All questions and answers resulting from these solicitation question sessions will be posted on FedBizOpps.
