- The USPTO intends to issue a sole source purchase order to Accusoft Pegasus, 4001 North Riverside Dr., Tampa, FL 33603 in the amount of $72,100.00 for annual software maintenance and support for Prizm View v8 with PDF and View Director Runtime. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Accusoft Pegasus is the sole authorized developer and service provider of Prizm View and View Director and is the only source available that can provide the annual maintenance. BRAND NAME JUSTIFICATION USPTO has an annual requirement for the brand name software maintenance as outlined above. USPTO already owns the software licenses and is only purchasing the software maintenance at this time. No other brand of software will seemlessly integrate into the existing USPTO system.
