- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division, FL (NSWC PCD) is soliciting quotes for a combined Synopsis/RFQ competitive quote for 160 each of a Plug Valve Body, P/N 6696580. Contract award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote meets the specification and has the lowest price. The resulting purchase order will be firm fixed price. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 333710, and the business size standard is 500 employees. The Department of Defense will no longer award contracts to contractors not registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database Registration may be accomplished by accessing the CCR website at http://www.ccr.gov/.
