A site visit was conducted 23 May 2012. All questions must be submitted IN WRITING to susan.hashemi@wpafb.af.mil. As of 25 May 2012, this is the latest modification to the WAGE DETERMINATION. **NOTICE** AMENDMENT 0001 has been issued 25 May 2012 to incorporate the following changes. THIS AMENDMENT must be copied, signed, and submitted with bid. 1. To update the OMBUDSMAN clause 2. To correct the submittal date on drawings C100, C200, C300 3. To incorporated the wage determination with Modification 11 posted 25 May 2012 4. To publish the minutes from the site visit conducted 23 May 2012 5. To publish the attendance list from the site visit.
