- Attachment 1, Native Seeding & Maintenance Plan and Native Seeding Specifications Solicitation Document USDA, NRCS-WI is seeking a Contractor to furnish all labor, equipment, materials and incidentals required for native grassland revegetation and maintenance actions in Bovina Townships in Outagamie County, WI. Project Location: T23N R16E Section 12. This site is located approximately 5 miles NE of the Town of Shiocton WI, and just north of Hwy 54. Access to site is on the north side of the property off of County Rd P. Expected Start Date: mid to late June, 2012. The Koehnke Wetland Reserve Program (WRP) Native Seeding & Maintenance Project, Outagamie, Wisconsin, consists of the following: • Site preparation (disking) • Providing specified native grass/forb/legume seeds and seeding on approximately 56.7 acres • Providing post-seeding cultipacking or rolling • Providing post-seeding maintenance, i.e. mowing. Post seeding mowings shall occur 7 times throughout 2012 and 2013. A site showing will occur on Friday, 6/1/12, at 11 am. Attendance at the site showing is not mandatory. The site showing is the only time that offerors will have access to the site. Participants will meet at the northwest corner access at gate. Access lane is located south of County Hwy P, see map on page 1 of Construction Plan. The offeror must complete the annual representations and certifications electronically via the ORCA website at http://orca.bpn.gov. CCR REGISTRATION: All prospective vendors must register in the Central Contractor's Registration database at www.ccr.gov. The CCR Customer Assistance Center can be contacted toll free at: 1-888-227-2423. The first step to registering is to obtain a Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number, which is a unique nine-character identification number provided by the commercial company Dun and Bradstreet (D&B).
