- Description
- The Federal Prison Camp, Alderson, WV plans to issue RFQP01011200013 for the provision of supplying offers for the requirements of various foods items for the 4TH QT subsistence needs in accordance with the terms and conditions of the solicitation. The required delivery date is on or prior to July 18, 2012. The procurement is a total small business set-a-side, under NAICS code 424410. All interested parties must be registered in the Central Contract Registration database at www.ccr.gov to be eligible for an award. This solicitation will be available on or by May 25, 2012. All items provided from any subsequent awards from this solicitation, must meet the Federal Bureau of Prisons' National Menu Specifications. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit an offer which will be considered. Faith-Based and Community Based Organizations have the right to submit offers equally with other organization for contracts for which they are eligible. This solicitation will be distributed solely through GSA's Federal; Business Opportunities web site. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. This site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including amendments, will also be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to make sure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition.
