- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation for this requirement. This is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-58 and DFARs Change Notice DPN 20120420. Federal Supply Class/Service (FSC) code is 6760. NAICS is 333315 and the size standard is 500. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business set-aside. AFFTC/PKOA, Edwards Air Force Base, CA is seeking to purchase the following line item: Line 1: SU640HSX-1.7RT/RS170 Camera (Enclosed Case). Line 2: Fujinon C22x17A-M41 C-mount objective lens. Interested parties who believe they can meet all the requirements for the items described in this synopsis are invited to submit in writing a complete quote including delivery FOB destination (Edwards AFB, CA 93524). Offerors are required to submit with their quote enough information for the Government to evaluate the minimum requirements detailed in this synopsis. Responses must be received no later than 29 May 2012 by 12:00 pm PST; Responses shall be submitted electronically to david.franklin@edwards.af.mil, 661-277-1539.
