- This solicitation is being issued as 100% small business set aside. The solicitation is for fat analyzer kits for use by Defense Commissary Agency commissaries in the continental United States and for overseas locations. However, for overseas stores, the Contractor would only be responsible for preparation for overseas shipment and delivery to the port. A Firm Fixed Price Contract is contemplated. The RFP will be posted on the FedBizOpps at www.fedbizopps.gov < http://www.fedbizopps.gov >. Offerors may obtain a copy of the solicitation at this site. The NAICS code is 333294 for this requirement. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered by the above agency. By submission of an offer, the offeror acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award of any contract resulting from this solicitation.
