- Wanted to Lease by USDA REQUIREMENT: The U. S. Department of Agriculture, Farm Service Agency in Ivanhoe, Minnesota, is interested in leasing approximately 3,287 contiguous rentable square feet of office space and 23 parking spaces. The rentable space shall yield between 2,858 and 3,087 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet of first class office space. Preference will be given to first floor space. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: - Space must be contiguous - Specific Information Technology requirement Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain. TERM: The lease is for ten years. DELINEATED AREA: To be considered, the building location must be within an area bound on the north by the city limits of Ivanhoe, east by County Highway 5, south by 270th Street, west by US Highway 75 to 200th Ave. A detailed map of the delineated area is available by contacting the primary contract. OCCUPANCY: Space to be ready for occupancy by March 1, 2013. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: 1. Building Name and Address or Site Location and Address 2. Location of space within the building. 3. Rentable square feet offered and full-service rental rate per square foot 4. ANSI/BOMA Usable Square Feet and the Common Area Factor 5. Amount of onsite paved parking available 6. Date of Space Availability 7.
