- Reps and Certs Bill of Materials This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation is for Brand Name Talley RPS1912V70AN1USF-2 Rack Power System 12 VDC @ 70 amps N+1 or equal. See attached Bill of Materials (BOM) and provide the requested information and price fore ach item. No refurbished items. Shipping will be FOB Destination, Bend, OR. All items and quantities must be bid. Partial bids will be rejected. Bids are due 06/04/2012, 10:00 Mountain Time. Delivery must be made within 30 calendar days of contract award. Contractor shall be actively registered in CCR, ORCA and not on the Excluded Parties List. Attached is a Representation and Certification page which must be completed and submitted with your offer. Also include a product information sheet which describes the product in detail and provides all relevant specifications. The following provisions and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) clauses are incorporated into the solicitation: 52.212-1, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, and 52.211-6.
