- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6 using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This combined synopsis/solicitation will be posted on NECO/FBO satisfies the requirement of FAR 5.201(b)(1)(i). (http://www.neco.nayy.mil) and www.fbo.gov. THE GOVERNMENT INTENDS TO SOLICIT AND NEGOTIATE WITH ONLY SMALL BUSINESS VENDORS UNDER AUTHORITY OF FAR 6.302 FOR THIS PROCUREMENT ACTION. INTERESTED PARTIES MAY IDENTIFY THEIR INTEREST AND CAPABILITY TO RESPOND TO THE REQUIREMENT, SUBMIT QUOTES / PROPOSALS AND CAPABILITY STATEMENTS. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS A REQUEST FOR COMPETETIVE QUOTES OR PROPOSALS. HOWEVER, ALL QUOTES OR PROPOSALS RECEIVED BEFORE THE CLOSING DATE OF THIS POSTING WILL BE CONSIDERED BY THE GOVERNMENT. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (PHD), Port Hueneme, CA intends to procure on a competitive basis, Restricted, Competitive Small Business ONLY the following items: 1.Bldg 1388 A/V Center Projection/Video Switch System Upgrade, specifications per the Statement of Work (SOW) included in the solicitation. The Period of Performance (POP) for work to be completed is 10 business days. The Government reserves the right to award on an all or nothing, or partial basis. The NAICS code is: 334310 and the size standard: 750 Employees. This combined synopsis/solicitation is a Competitive requirement, Restricted for Small Business Only. The contract type will be a Firm, Fixed Price. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, (NSWC) Pt. Hueneme, CA. intends to procure on a full and open basis the above referenced Upgrade of Projection/Video Switching System and related materials per the Statement of Work (SOW). Any firms believing that they can provide the material & stated services may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting office no later than 10 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm s ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the material without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
