- Wage Determination Project Map Experience Questionnaire AG84N8S120063 Deliver & Load Gov-Prov Aggregate This is a combine synopsis/solicitation for commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This annoucncement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request For Quotations (RFQ) No. AG-84N8-S-12-0063. Quote/Offers are due on or before 3:00 p.m. local time June 1, 2012. Quotes/offers received the RFQ due date will be rejected and will not be considered. Quotes can be faxed to 801-973-3483, Attn: Lu Fowler. The solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-58, effective 18 may 2012. (1) 52.233-3, Protest After Award (AUG 1996) (31 U.S.C. 3553) Description of Requirement : This project will include the loading and delivery of aggregate to designated pit to designated road segments of National Forest Road (NFSR) 50014, Millers Flat Road NFSR 50017, Spoon Creek road; and supply and deliver by either windrow or end-dump spread of 1775 tons of Forest Service specification Grading F Aggregate. See Attachment 1 for Project Details and Requirements.
