Description

The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Weapons Support System (WSS) Mechanicsburg, PA, intends to award a sole source purchase order to Actuate Corporation, 2207 Bridgepointe Parkway, Suite 500, San Mateo, CA 94404-5009, for the purchase of Actuate Software Licenses and Maintenance including Deploy BIRT iServer Lic (7 ea), Multi-User BIRT iServer Lic (1 ea), Single-User BIRT Design Prof Lic (1 ea), SW Maint Supt (1 yr) and Prof/Educ/Maint Svcs (5 days). Only one responsible source will satisfy agency requirements (see attached Brand Name Justification). This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded.
