Cornwallis Road to NE Creek Parkway/So-Hi Drive/Ellis Road to S. Miami to T.W. Alexander Road to Page Road to I-40. East: I-40 and Page Road to I-40 and N. Harrison Avenue. South: I-40 and N. Harrison Avenue following N. Harrison to NW Cary Parkway to Chapel Hill Road to Morrisville Carpenter Road to NC 55. West: Morrisville Carpenter Road and NC 55 to NC 55 and E. Cornwallis Road. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 30,604 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 32,135 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 2 Reserved and access to 153 spaces Full Term: 15 (Fifteen) Years Firm Term: 10 (Ten) Years Additional Requirements:  Space should be offered in a multi-tenant building where the Government's proportionate share would not exceed 25%.  Interested parties must provide the name of the building, address, location of available space, rentable square feet offered, and contact information of authorized representative.  In cases where an agent is representing multiple ownership entities, written acknowledgement/permission to represent multiple interested parties for the same submission.
