- Corrected SF1449 The purpose of this posting is to extend the quote due date, attach a corrected SF1449, and answer submitted questions. 1. The quote due date has been extended from May 23, 2012 to May 30, 2012. Quotes are still due at 4:00 pm MT. 2. Corrected SF1449 with Admin Office and Issuing Office has been uploaded. 3. Question: We were wondering if you have any historical information by county as to where these easements have been located or maybe where the majority of these easements have been located. We do know that they can be located anywhere in the state. Answer: Historical information has no real bearing on easements that might be acquired in the future. The majority of easements in the last few years have been in Blaine and Butte County, but easements may be acquired in any county. The United States Department of Agriculture, Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), Idaho state Office intends to award multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA's) to smell business sources capable of providing title search, preliminary title commitment, final title policy and closing services for acquisition of easements. A BPA is a method of filling anticipated repetitive needs. It is not a contract. The Government is not obligated to place any call orders nor is the vendor obligated to accept an orders. For each work assignment, the Government will request title services through the issuance of a BPA all order from those firms that have been awarded VBPA;s. Individual call orders shall be submitted in accordance with the terms agreed to in the BPA. Government personnel authorized to place call orders under the NPA will be identified on the BPA by name and telephone number. The contactor will be expected to furnish the service in accordance with the terms and conditions of the BPA, without the need for additional paperwork beyond the Statement of Work that accompanies the order.
