Description
This will be a firm fixed price requirement type contract. Period of performance 01 September 2012 to 31 May 2013 with option to extend services to six (6) additional months period (option 1) followed by another six (6) months period (option 2). Solicitation (Request for proposal) utilizing North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 561210 will be set aside as a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOSB). Estimated date of solicitation is on or about 12 June 2012. Description of Services: Provide management, supervision, and other items and services to support the USAG-HI, Mobilization Station (MS) by providing full service personnel and administrative support for mobilizing, deployment, redeployment, and demobilizing operations on the island of Oahu. The task areas covered in the Performance Work statement are as follows: Plan & Operations, Mobilization Operations, Liaison Support, Human Resources & Administrative, Medical, Material Management and Supply, Movement, Equipment Readiness, Billeting and Facilities, Driver Cell, Staff duty and Information Management. The contractor shall be prepared to mobilize and demobilize approximately 1300 soldiers per year and provide a surge capability for an additional (approximately) 1300 soldiers per year. The Government will attempt to provide at least one week notice prior to any surge or decrease in personnel support requirements. The contractor must be familiar with Army mobilization and deployment planning system. Solicitation package will be posted at the Army single Face to Industry (ASFI) website https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ Interested offerors are required to download the solicitation and any subsequent amendments from this website. Once posted on the website, interested offerors are responsible for monitoring until the closing date for any amendment or changes.
