This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for that acquisition of commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. VA258-12-Q-0471, is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This acquisition is being solicited as a small business set-aside under NAICS code 423720, size standard 100 employees. 1. 5hp, 17 FLA, ACH550-VCR-017A-2, 230 Volts w/bypass, NEMA1 (4ea) 2. 15hp, 46 FLA, Model# ACH550-VCR-046A-2, 230 Volts w/bypass, NEMA1 (2ea) 3. 20hp, 46 FLA, Model# ACH550-VCR-059A-2, 230 Volts w/bypass, NEMA1 (2ea) 4. 40hp, 59 FLA, Model# ACH550-VCR-059A-4, 460 Volts w/bypass, NEMA1 (1ea) 5. 40hp, 114 FLA, Model# ACH550-BCR-114A-2, 230 Volts w/bypass, NEMA1 (1ea) 6. Warranty 7. Training This requirement is for the purchase of 10 each ABB Brand Variable Frequency Drives to include a warranty period and training. These items shall be delivered to the Southern Arizona Veterans Administration Health Care Facility located at 3601 S. 6th Ave, Tucson, AZ.
