- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex, Forrest City, Arkansas, intends to issue a solicitation for FY 2012 - 4th Quarter Bread. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for Small Business, FOB Destination and delivery dates will be between July 2 - 20, 2012. Deliveries will not be accepted before July 2nd. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Complex Warehouse, 1301 Dale Bumpers Road, Forrest City, Arkansas 72335. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation is considered to be most advantageous to the Government based on past performance and price. The solicitation will be made available on or about May 23, 2012, and all future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through the Federal Business Opportunities website. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. Quotes will be due Friday, June 8, 2012, by 12:00 pm Central Time. The Government reserves the right to make payment using either Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or the Government Purchase Card. Each offer is required per 52.212-3 to complete their representations and certifications via the On-line Representations and Certifications Applications (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov. Faith-Based and Community Based Organizations can submit quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. All contractors doing business with the Federal Government shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. The website is www.ccr.gov.
