- THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICIATION. NO FURTHER SOLICIATION WILL BE ISSUED. The National Park Service (NPS) requires, on a fixed-price with economic price adjustment basis, up to 1,700 gallons of heating oil fuel over a 4-month period distributed on as needed basis to: Yukon Charley National Preserve, 100 Front street, Eagle, AK 99738 The heating oil fuel will be delivered to various NPS Buildings and Housing units. The offeror's quote shall be based on estimated price per gallon over a 4-month period. Period of Performance for this requirement is June 01, 2012 through September 30, 2012. Fuel deliveries will be during normal business hours. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is issued as a Small business set aside The North America an Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 454311. This award will be made utilizing the simplified acquisition procedure under FAR Part 13; Far Part 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items; Far Part 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; FAR Part 52.212-05, Contract Terms and Conditions required to implement Status or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, FAR Part 52.232-33 and FAR Part 52.216-02 Economic Price Adjustment-Standard Supplies. Payment by electronic funds transfer apply. Vendor must have registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database at www.ccr.gov prior to an award being made. Award will be made to the responsive, responsible vendor meeting all the requirements above at the lowest price. Offerors shall submit quotes to James Bowers no later than May 31, 2012 3:00 AST.
