Description
THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT / REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY. This is NOT a request for proposal. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Submission of any information to this RFI survey is purely voluntary. Government assumes no financial responsibility for any cost incurred associated to this request for capability information. The General Services Administration, is issuing this RFI for the purpose of locating qualified small business firms ONLY to provide management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies and equipment (except as otherwise provided), and shall plan, schedule, coordinate and assure effective performance of all services described herein. The Contractor will be required to provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies and equipment (except as specifically designated "provided by the government") and shall plan schedule, coordinate and assure effective completion of all contract requirements described herein, Thi s contract is for the "Total Recycling Program" of Federal agencies that are located in the metro Atlanta area. This is a contract for the Sale and Removal of Government Property. The Contractor must be willing and able to provide the services described herein at no charge as well as pay the Government for the paper products at a minimum. Materials Recycled: The recycling program includes, at a minimum, recyclable paper, corrugated cardboard, co-mingled cans and bottles, (aluminum, plastic, and glass beverage containers as well as steel cans). Locations: Materials are generated in the Atlanta area on Government-operated; Government leased facilities as well as locations where the Federal government is in partnership with private companies or local governments. The Atlanta area, includes, but is not limited to the following counties: Cherokee, Clayton, Cobb, DeKalb, Forsyth, Fulton, Gwinnett and Spalding. The Government shall determine the locations the Contractor is to remove recyclable materials. The Government may add or delete locations through a modification to the contract. The Contractor shall remove recyclable materials from each location at the loading dock or designated recyclable materials holding room/area, or as approved by the COR. Award of this contract does not grant the successful bidder rights to all recyclable materials generated in the awarded service area. Initial buildings to be included in this contact are shown in Section J Exhibits and other Attachments, Exhibit One (1), Building Location Profiles. The North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) is 423930 with the size standard of 100 employees. This requirement is currently 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. Submission Instructions: Interested Small Business parties who consider themselves qualified to perform the above-listed services are invited to submit a response to this RFI. Please provide the following information: (1) A complete and current record of your Central Contractor Registration (CCR) which includes CAGE Code, DUNS number, Organization name, address, contact name, email address, Web site address, telephone number, type of organization, etc; (2) A capability statement supporting claims of organizational and staff capability.
