- The synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is a single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access the information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren, Virginia, intends to purchase on a sole source basis from UAV PRO INC, 873 W. Parade Ave, Blackstone, VA 23824-0430 three (3) 0010 Electro Optic Video Packages; one (1) 0020 Electro Optic Video Packages; five (5) MVR Video Receivers Rentals and five (5) Video Recorder Rentals in support of a planned testing event. These items will be acquired utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Government will not issue a written request for quotations as all items are identified on this notice. Delivery is to be FOB Destination, Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114, no later than 60 days after date of order. Award is anticipated on or before 30 June 2012. Electronic quote submission is encouraged to susan.staples@navy.mil but quotes may also be faxed to (540) 653-0592. The closing date for receipt of quotations is 1 pm EDT on 29 May 2012. Please include shipping charges for delivery to Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, Dahlgren, VA 22448-5100. Award will be made on an all or none basis.
