- Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations and furnish labor and materials and perform work, including but not limited to, demolition and removal of existing construction, construction of temporary corridors, build-out of shelled 5th Floor in project area, roof penetrations, utility relocation, utility work in the 3rd and 5th Floor interstitial areas, and structural work as required by the contract drawings and as specified in the contract specifications. The location of this work is the Jefferson Barracks Veteran's Hospital, St. Louis County, Missouri Magnitude of Project - Between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This is a 100% set aside for Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Business and will be awarded on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable criteria.
