- This pre-solicitation notice is for GROUNDS MAINTENANCE SERVICES, at three locations in Montgomery & Philadelphia Counties PA. The pending solicitation number will be W911S1-12-T-0169 which will be a Firm Fixed Price contract with a BASE PERIOD plus TWO OPTION YEARS. This acquisition is SET ASIDE FOR TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 561730, size standard of $7.0 Million. Prospective Contractors must be registered on Central Contractor Register (CCR) and Online Representations & Certifications Application (ORCA). The solicitation will be posted on or around 18 MAY 2012 via Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition to Business Website located at https://acquisition.army.mil. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-45. It is the responsibility of the vendor to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. No hard copies will be mailed. To be eligible for award, prospective vendors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Internet site, www.ccr.gov TENTATIVE QUOTE SUBMISSION DATE IS 29 MAY 2012 AT 12:00 NOON EST. The ACTUAL due date will be stated in BLOCK 08, PAGE 01 of the solicitation or amendments if there is an extension.
