Description

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command-Fort Knox intends to issue a request for quotations (RFQ) to provide billeting, training facilities and meals for three (3) separate training cycles for 540 cadets and 82 cadre/chaperones from throughout the Southern California area in support of JCLC encampment for the USACC 8th Bde. The period of performance is 13 June 2012 through 17 August 2012. This solicitation is unrestricted. NAICS 721214 (Size Standard: $7M) applies to this procurement. All responsible business sources may submit a quote. The RFQ will be posted to ASFI/FedBizOpp on or about 18 May 2012 with quotes due on or about 29 May 2012. These dates are subject to change. All amendments to the solicitation will be likewise posted on this website. Contractors are cautioned to check the website periodically for amendments. Solicitation mailing list will not be compiled and amendments will not be sent out in paper copy. All contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be eligible for award of a contract. Faxed offers and amendments will not be accepted. All questions must be submitted in writing to the Contracting officer and may be faxed to MICC Center Fort Knox, Attn: Dorothy McCormick at (502) 624-7165 or (502) 624-5869, or emailed to dorothy.r.mccormick.civ@mail.mil by 2:00 pm 18 May 2012.
