- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation, and award as prescribed under FAR 13.1, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 333415, with a small business size standard of 750. The solicitation number, W91YTZ-12-T-5156, is issued as a "Request For Quotation" (RFQ). This solicitation is full and open with NO small business set-aside.
