Description

The Veterans Health Administration is seeking sources interested in providing clinical space in Helena MT. Interested offeror's (owners, brokers and their legal representative) may relay information concerning their properties to Brian Nelson (406) 447-7887 or by emailing to brian.nelson2@va.gov Information should identify at a minimum, the address of the site, square footage, and estimated cost per square foot. REQUIREMENTS: Square footage must yield approximately 5,000 to 5,500 contiguous, occupiable square feet, with a minimum of 18 on-site parking spaces. DELINEATED AREA: Properties located within the city limits of Helena MT. Preferred locations are West of Interstate 15 and all areas South of Mill Road, and, East of Interstate 15 all areas within city limits South of East Custer. A contract award will not be made for a property located within a base flood plain or wetland unless the Government has determined that there is no practicable alternative. LEASE TERM:5 base year term with 5 option year renewals. OCCUPANCY:Desirable occupancy date of December, 2012 INTERESTED INDIVIDUALS PLEASE RESPOND TO THIS ADVERTISMENT BEFORE June 1st, 2012 RESPONDENTS ARE ADVISED THAT THE VA ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY TO AWARD A LEASE BASED UPON RESPONSES TO THIS ADVERTISEMENT.
