- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Audio Visual Presentation through a Firm-Fixed Price Contract for the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Corona Division, Norco, CA 92878-5000 prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemental with additional information in this notice. THIS PROCUREMENT IS a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE any responsible source may submit an offer. This announcement is the only notice that will be issued. The solicitation number is N63394-12-T-5059. The solicitation document and incorporated clauses and provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-58 dated 18 May 2012. The North American Industrial Classification System Code is 334310 and the business size is 750 employees. The project consists of line items 0001 through 0003. Requirements for quote submission are detailed in the attached solicitation in Section L. Quotation evaluation is in Section M. The proposal preparation and submission shall have no inherent cost to the Government. The Government intends to make a single award to the responsible offeror whose offer is the most advantageous to the Government considering price and other factors. The following Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition; Responsible Offerors must be active in the Central Contractor Registration in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004 unless you qualify under an exemption.
