- GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Virginia City: Fredericksburg Delineated Area: Fredericksburg, VA Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,080 SF Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,080 SF Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Full Term: 10 Years Firm Term: 5 Years The General Services Administration currently occupies 5,740 rentable square feet of office space in Fredericksburg, Virginia. The Government intends to execute a succeeding lease at the current location using other than full and open competition. The Government is considering alternative space only if economically advantageous to the Government and only if all space requirements can be met. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. The rentable office space must yield 5,080 ANSI/BOMA Office Area Square Feet of office space for use by the Government. The offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. If properties are submitted in response to this notice, they shall be submitted by the building's owner or authorized legal agent and shall include evidence of authority to act in this capacity. Offered properties shall reference Project No. 0VA2334. Expressions of Interest Due: June 7, 2012 Occupancy (Estimated): July 18, 2013 Expressions of Interest shall include the following: 1. Building name and address 2. Available Rentable and ANSI/BOMA square feet 3. Rental Rate per Rentable and ANSI/BOMA square foot 4. Common Area Factor(s) for available space by floor, if applicable 5.
