- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Activity-8, in support of James A Haley Veterans Medical Center 13000 Bruce B Downs Tampa Florida 33612 intends to negotiate a noncompetitive award under Request for Quotation number VA248-12-Q-1423, with Phillips Medical System a Large Business to provide equipment repair. This procurement is a sole source award pursuant to authority of sections 502 and 503 of Public Law 109-461, the Veterans Benefits, Health Care, and Information Technology Act of 2006 (38 U.S.C. §8127 (b). This notice is NOT a request for competitive proposals. The Government intends to award a Time and Material contract in accordance with all terms and conditions of the solicitation. The NAICS code is assigned to this acquisition is 811219 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. Scope of Work: The contractor shall furnish labor, parts, maintenance, repair and service to repair a Phillips Allura Cath Lab system. The contract performance period consists of: one time purchase order contract for May 14 2012 these dates may be adjusted based upon actual date of award).
