- Continuation Sheet - Line Items Salient Characteristics - Special Features Simplified Acquisition Justification for Restrictive Competition This is a notice of intent to issue a contract to MOJIX, Inc. 11075 Santa Monica Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90025-7560 on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The proposed procurement is to obtain a turnkey RFID system of presence tracking antenna array with associated hardware, cables and software to detect and report the location of pRFID tagged assets within the new Defense Media Activity at Fort Meade, Maryland. These tagged assets to include servers, computers, camera equipment, etc. See attached items/SOW, salient characteristics and SAP Limited Justification Form. This announcement constitutes the only notice; a written solicitation will not be issued. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to perform by responding to this notice by the specified closing date. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all quotes received by the closing date specified in this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
