- Description
- The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of Acquisition Management / Information Technology Commodities (OAQ/ITC) division in Washington, DC 20536 intends to award a sole source purchase order to Internet Video and Imaging, Inc., Medway, MA 02053 for View Commander Software Version 4 upgrade from Professional Plus to Professional Advanced. The statutory authority is FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This Notice of Intent is not a request for quotations or an announcement of a forthcoming solicitation. However, all quotes received will be considered by the Government. All interested sources must respond in writing with clear and convincing evidence to support their ability to provide timely and effective services. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no affirmative written response is received within five (5) days after publication of this notice, a sole source order will be issued to Internet Video and Imaging, Inc.
