- RFQP06101200007 for 4th QTR FY 12 Food Order The Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) Metropolitan Correctional Center (MCC) San Diego is issuing a Request for Quotation (RFQ) #RFQP06101200007, for subsistence products.
